Our
Goal
Faerie chronicles
the history of glorious contributions and gifts which have
been imbued to mankind by queer or Faerie-spirited beings
and a presents a mondern-day look at the injustices and
obsticles they endure.
In this film, modern-day Faeries will
retell history, and a message will be
spread from person to person. This
project is not a fight for respect—its
a reminder of the respect which already
exists or lies dormant, or has been forgotten. |

Our Purpose
Faerie visits
the "holiness of being queer" beliefs
of Harry Hay—but this not a film about the Radical
Faerie movement or those who define themselves as such.
This is also not a story about sexuality or partnerships
in life. More so, it's about choices in life purpose and
the influence we all hold in our shared existance.
This is telling of contributions by historical leadership,
vision or role-models. As anexample, tribal "faerie,
two-spirited, two-eyed" leaders in days past
were thought to possess superior perspectives on life and
were instrumental guides of men throughout
history.
From Alexander The Great to DaVinci, the queer
perspective has provided a great leap forward in the advancement
of humankind. |
